Complaints procedure

Version v1 · 21 October 2026. This procedure applies to complaints about sprints provided by Bieling Ltd, trading as blng studio (blng sprint).

1. Who to contact

Please send your complaint to Leo Bieling at info@blng.studio. It helps if you tell us your name, the sprint and site concerned, and what your complaint is about.

2. Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receiving it.

3. Full response

We will send you a full response within 30 days of receiving your complaint.

4. If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our response, there are three further steps.

(1) Internal review. Leo Bieling will review your complaint and our response (info@blng.studio).

(2) The Architects Registration Board. For matters of professional conduct or competence, you may contact the Architects Registration Board (ARB): 5th floor, 70 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8NH; info@arb.org.uk; +44 (0)20 7580 5861; arb.org.uk.

(3) Mediation (optional). We may offer mediation through CEDR, the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution: 100 St Paul's Churchyard, London EC4M 8BU; adr@cedr.com; 020 7536 6060.

5. Who we are

Leo Bieling is registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB), registration number 094103D, and is responsible for the services. ARB, 5th floor, 70 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8NH, arb.org.uk. Bieling Ltd is not itself registered with ARB.
